 About Me

Leading expert on Generational Diversity and best-selling author of “Reframing Generational Stereotypes”, I am a global thought-leader and Public Speaker on Multigenerational Workforce Dynamics, Future of Work and Employer Branding, and an expert on the Asian Talent Market. Born and raised in Italy, I spent my professional life between Europe, U.S.A and Asia. Since 2003, I have spearheaded the Employer Branding movement globally, advocating that organisations and governments incorporate an Employer Branding Strategy into their workforce planning, and saw many of them rise to the top as "employers of choice" as a result of the strategies I helped them develop.

Today my focus is to help organizations adapt to the needs of the new generations, bridge the generational divide, harmonise the multigenerational workforce and empower future leaders to drive positive change. I believe that with Gen Z - and up to 5 generations now in the workforce - contextual understanding is fundamental, and fostering a culture of intergenerational collaboration is essential to ensure that organizations are enabled and better equipped to drive impact and innovation.

Rachele’s love affair with Employer Branding started in 2001 when she realised the impact that running organisations with employee wellbeing as a key priority would have on society. In the last 18 years, she has advised hundreds of Fortune500 companies, Asian organisations, NGOs and Government Agencies on how to unveil their Employer Value Proposition and launch their Employer Branding practices at home and abroad. Throughout the years she has witnessed many of them rise to the top as employers-of-choice as a direct result of the strategies she helped them develop.

Rachele is a renowned speaker. She is invited to present on global talent and generational trends at leading conferences and seminars around the globe and is often quoted in top media. She is the bestselling author of “Reframing Generational Stereotypes: Embrace Age Diversity, Build Mutual Understanding and Foster Collaboration to Drive Positive Change” published by McGraw Hill in December 2020.

In 2011 Rachele moved to Singapore, where she lives with her husband, Victor, and 3 kids, Luna, Trayan and Mira. She is the Chair of the Multigenerational Workforce Committee for the ASEAN Human Development Organization, Board Member at Future Talent Council, Founder of XYZ@Work and Mentor at The Workplace Accelerator and various other organizations. Previously Chief Strategy Officer for Universum and main anchor/international network correspondent for CNBC in Milan, Rachele is also a member of MENSA.
